The reservation portal liberechotels.com serves for ordering services in connection with the FIS Nordic World Ski Championship 2009 in Liberec.

You can order your accommodation, transport, tickets and other services, like for example city guided tours, through the portal.

How to order services

On the left side of the page there is a search panel. It has two tabs. Use the first tab to search for accommodation and the second one for special-offer packages. To order services follow these steps:

1. Enter your arrival and departure dates on the left of the panel.
2. You can apply criteria on the left of the panel to specify your preferences
   1. Text – search by name or text
   2. Accommodation type – to specify the type of accommodation
   3. Number of rooms – to search for facilities with more than one room
   4. Region – to specify the facility location
   5. Catering – to search for facilities with specific catering possibilities
   6. Price – to search for facilities within a set price limit
3. After entering all your preferences, click “search” (in the left bottom corner of the search panel). The system will find available accommodation facilities and present them to you along with basic information about them in the middle of the page.
4. Choose a facility, the rooms you would like to rent, and enter their number. If you don't want to order accommodation but only transport, tickets or other services, skip this step.
5. Click “order”.
6. A table will appear, with seven steps to order the services we offer.
   1. Step 1 - Accommodation - Enter the date, room and type of board/catering.
   2. Step 2 - Transport – You can order transport from the airport to your accommodation facility and back.
   3. Step 3 - Tickets – You can choose your ticket. Click on the type of ticket and enter its number. Then click “add”.
   4. Step 4 – Services – To add services use the same procedure as with the tickets.
   5. Step 5 – Information – Register and choose the method of payment. If you have already registered, you can log in using the second tab under the order.
   6. Step 6 – Confirmation – Check the information you entered. To complete the order it is necessary to agree with the business conditions at the bottom of the page. Tick “I agree with the business conditions” and click “complete”.
   7. Step 7 – Summary - You will see the overall summary of your order. You can pay for your order online. After the payment, a Voucher link will appear below. Use the link to download the Voucher. The Voucher will also be sent to the email address you entered during the registration.

Payment

You can pay for your order using a credit card or transfer the money from your bank account.

• Payment by credit card – The following cards are accepted: VISA, MASTER CARD. To confirm the payment you can immediately print Vouchers for the services bought.
• Payment by transfer – You will receive a Request for payment with a 7-day due date. If the money is not deposited in our account, your order will be cancelled.

Ticket delivery

You can collect your tickets in person in Liberec, at the venue of the Championship (the exact location and opening hours of the office to be specified). It is also possible to have the tickets sent to you by DHL to any destination – in this case you will be charged extra for the DHL service. You can order up to 100 tickets through the portal. To order more than 100 tickets, please contact us by e-mail or call us.
